Meena Mulloy gained a view of how things run at the top quite early in life when she moved to California after college and temped for top executives of Fortune 500 companies. In 1991, she moved to NYC and went into computer programming on mainframes just prior to becoming an expert in the new Microsoft software, ultimately leading her to run one of the largest departments for Credit Suisse, Corporate Communications on Park Avenue. While at Credit Suisse, Meena met Dr. Pillai and took a trip to India. Her life was never the same. When a Tsunami hit, she went on the mission with Mohini to find people who were hardest hit with no help from government or other charities. Every turn and exposure to the inner workings of Tripura Foundation impressed her until, in 2011, Meena oversaw a daily feeding program for the homeless. In addition to being a Board Member for Tripura Foundation, Meena Ann Marie Mulloy is now Director of Corporate Communications for AstroVed.com.

Joan Guerrieri blends her 5 years experience as Human Resource Coordinator and 30+ years of customer service and administrative assistance experience with her desire to serve those less fortunate while taking Tripura Foundation’s administrative duties to a new level. A single mother of three, she knows the struggles of caring for others first hand. Joan says “Besides raising my own children, this is the most rewarding work… to be able to help the less fortunate, especially children. I enjoy being part of a team that offers so many worthwhile programs for the betterment humanity”.

It is our wish that the maximum amount of all donations goes to the people that need it most. In order to achieve this Tripura is nearly 100% volunteer based. While we have few full-time staff, our volunteer corps includes highly dedicated individuals who offer their time and resources in service to their fellow men and women in need.
