Trisha Finds Hope in 2018!

Trisha Finds Hope in 2018!

Like other kids at Hope Learning Centers across Southern India, Trisha is grateful to be able to receive academic tutoring, daily mini meals, physical activities, field trips, career-oriented events and innovative lessons with other children in her age group.

Before coming to the Hope Learning Center, Trisha found her academic studies uninteresting and had trouble staying focused and motivated. Now, she is very happy and works diligently to complete her schoolwork. Her classes in Yoga and Phonemic Intelligence have improved her memory and retention, which has made her other classes much easier.

In addition, because her father is handicapped and her mother is the sole provider for the entire family, she now looks for ways to be helpful to others with similar challenges. She one day hopes to become a Civil Engineer so that she can give back to the people of her village.

As we steadily move ahead in 2018, Trisha and classmates at her Hope Learning Center say, “Thank you” to the generous sponsors who provide the funding to bring these wonderful opportunities to the children of her village.  And, from all of us here at Tripura Foundation, we would like to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all of you who enable these children to see a brighter future in the world and therefore find their own parts in making it a better place.
