Every year we can count on ‘Subu’ to volunteer to be “Christmas Tata” or Santa Claus at the Girlstown Christmas party. Dressed up in the stuffed red costume and snow white beard, he appears with the sac of presents slung over his shoulder to delight the girls with his jolly joking and dancing. Subu has 2 children of his own and knows how important it is for kids to feel special at the holidays.
He works for AstroVed.com in Chennai, one of Tripura Foundation’s gracious “in-kind” sponsors. He is one of several of the staff there who lend support to our boys and girls with their time and best wishes.
