Tripura Foundation is collaborating on building HoPE Towns in the Philippines and in India.

UK houses 2000 residents, all of whom have been marginalized by society, including abandoned infants, orphans of all ages, the handicapped and elderly. |
![]() Arul Jothi TrustAt the central kitchen facility at Arul Jothi Trust feeding centre in Chennai, 3100 meals are prepared daily. Some meals are served to the local poor while most are distributed by a large team of volunteers to 16 needy areas in the urban area. This organization holds that we are all brothers and sisters and everyone must be offered wholesome, nutritious, and hygenic food. It believes in compassion to all beings and therefore serves strictly vegetarian fare. |
![]() The Guild of Service Home for Handicapped ChildrenThe Guild of Service first opened its doors in 1984 in response to the polio outbreak in poor rural areas around Chennai. Without availability of vaccines, many children were subject to the disabling disease. Now the Guild shelters, educates, rehabilitates, feeds and clothes 50 handicapped children at a time for a term of 3 years before reintroducing them into society prepared to make a way for themselves. |

It has grown from small beginnings to become one of India's largest animal welfare organizations, running active animal welfare, animal rights and humane education programs. |
![]() Animal AidAnimal Aid is a charitable organization in Udaipur devoted to achieving a paradigm shift in support of animal rights. Animal Aid brings relief to suffering animals--one animal at a time. Their 20 skillful staff and compassionate volunteers from all over the world enable Animal Aid to treat about 100 animals every day. |
TAP ChennaiTAP Chennai is a group of young professionals (dentists, physical therapists, psychiatrists, etc.) in Chennai who have come together to do volunteer work. |
![]() The BanyanA previous Tripura Foundation partner, the Banyan is a unique social welfare institution. Their Adaikalam residential facility in Moggapair, Chennai cares for 380 women with mental health issues who have been abandoned by Indian society. Of the approximately 1500 women who have gone through their doors, 850 have been rehabilitated. In some cases the women are restored to a level of mental health such that they can return to their families or work in the world; in other cases, the women are given long term care and treated with dignity. |

They raise awareness of our mission and help further our goal of eradicating hunger and poverty from the face of the planet. Program partners may also be Tripura Foundation grantees.
